Serving With Skill And Compassion

About Tom

Your legal problem may seem like the end of the world. You are constantly thinking about bringing the issue to a close, but you have no idea what you need to do to protect yourself at this crucial time. You may have talked to other attorneys, but you did not feel like they were actually listening to you. They offered you guidance that did not match your goals or failed to explain a better way to navigate the legal system.

At Alongi Law Firm, PLLC, Thomas Alongi has over 33 years of legal experience. He built this firm on the principle of putting clients first. To him, that means finding out what is really happening in your case and learning more about what a solution means to you. Once he knows this information, he will work together with you to help you achieve a successful result.

Tom’s practice is focused on family law matters, criminal court cases and juvenile law. He has seen families at their worst and knows the emotional and physical toll these cases can take. He wants you to know he is committed to putting your needs first throughout the process. He is not going to look for ways to make your case go away. He will work hard to give you the best possible result.

Comprehensive And Compassionate Representation

Tom has practiced family, juvenile, criminal and civil asset forfeiture law the past 33 years, including experience as a county prosecutor and assistant U.S. attorney. Beginning in 2004, he developed an expansive family court practice, serving on both family law rules committees and legislative work groups, mediating family court cases and covering family court hearings as a judge pro tempore, and teaching family law and civil procedure at Arizona Summit Law School. He has also presented training seminars on domestic violence intervention for two decades.

Tom served for years as a legal aid attorney in Arizona, which helped him develop valuable problem-solving skills for people in dire straits and taught him compassion for those who are less fortunate.
